01

Purpose and scope

This draft describes the privacy approach intended for visitors, prospective partners, research participants, clinicians, and other people who interact with IntelliBra digital services.

Clinical-study information and medical records may be governed by additional consent forms, research protocols, and applicable health-data requirements.

02

Information we may process

The final policy should identify every category of information collected and the source of that information.

  • Contact details submitted through forms
  • Organization and partnership information
  • Technical information needed for security and service reliability
  • Consent choices and communication preferences
  • Clinical or research data only where separately authorized
03

How information may be used

Information should be used only for clear, documented purposes and never beyond the expectations established at collection.

  • Responding to inquiries and partnership requests
  • Operating, protecting, and improving digital services
  • Meeting legal, ethical, and research-governance obligations
  • Sending updates only where a valid communication preference exists
04

Retention and sharing

The final policy should define retention periods by data type. Personal information should be deleted or anonymized when it is no longer required.

Information should not be sold. Any processor, research partner, or authorized institution receiving information should be bound by appropriate confidentiality, security, and purpose limitations.

05

Your choices and rights

Depending on the applicable law and context, people may be able to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or a copy of their information, and may withdraw consent where consent is the lawful basis.

The final policy will explain how identity is verified and how requests are handled.
